Pricing
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout at the prevailing rate.
While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a Product’s correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount. If higher, we reserve the right not to supply at the incorrect price and will either contact you or cancel your order.
Free delivery is available for selected areas, on orders over £150 (excluding VAT), unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing
You must be aged 18 or over to place an order.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order; this does not constitute acceptance.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
Payment
Payments are processed via Wix Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Visa Electron.
Payment is taken at the time of order. Acceptance of your order occurs on dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.
Orders are subject to stock availability. Where Products are unavailable, we may offer alternatives or provide refunds.
A contract is formed upon dispatch. Multiple deliveries form separate contracts.
Delivery

Products in stock are usually delivered within 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as weather, traffic, or supplier issues.

If we cannot deliver within this timeframe, we will contact you with the option to wait or cancel your order with a full refund, including delivery charges.

Timberland Saltash SW offers a kerbside delivery service. Our delivery service does not cover the driver to carry any materials to the rear of the property.

Redelivery

If a delivery attempt fails, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

Delivery Fees​

Free delivery is offered within specified areas for orders over £150 (excluding VAT).

Orders under £150 will incur a £15 delivery fee.

All delivery fees are shown at checkout.

We strongly recommend you do not book tradesmen or services until your order has been delivered and checked.

Timber Land SW Limited is not responsible for any costs incurred due to late deliveries or ordering tradesmen before delivery confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Custom or cut-to-size products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the items are faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs where possible.
Wood Products
-
Wood is a natural material, and variations in colour, grain, and movement are inherent.

Minor splitting, movement, or colour changes may occur after delivery due to environmental conditions (temperature and humidity). We cannot accept responsibility for these.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for correct storage, acclimatisation, and installation.

Consumer Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty.
Custom-cut or bespoke Products are non-refundable unless faulty.
Liability
Products are supplied for normal domestic and commercial use. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
